Farming and Food Justice

We work with an array of farming and food justice projects, including farming and food cooperatives, community supported agriculture (CSA) farms, new and sustainable farmer education projects, and beyond. A key focus is on collaboration and leadership development among leaders of these projects, and specifically on cooperative owner or manager teams. Relational tools and practices make a significant difference when it comes to successful models of shared leadership and collective governance.
